A. Longer Cycle Times. B. System Pressure Spikes. C. Slight Pressure Rises. D. Low or Sub Normal Pressure. E. Occasional Red Lights. F. Blown Fuses. G. Full or Empty Reservoir. H. Leaks. I. No Lights "On" with Controllers. J. Blown Indicator Pins.

A. Determine if System Fault Involves High or Low System Pressure a. Examine Blow Out Disc. b. Manually Operate Pump & Observe Pressure Gauge B. With Low System Pressure a. Fault is Most Likely with the Pumping Unit or the Control System. b. There Most Likely is Nothing Wrong with the Transmission System. C. Exceptions a. Broken Main Line. b. Lines too Large.

D. With High System Pressure a. Fault is Most Likely with the Transmission System. i.e., a Blockage in Filters, Divider Valves, Hose, Tubing, Fittings, or the Bearing itself. b. There Most Likely is Nothing Wrong with the Pumping Unit or the Control System. E. Exceptions a. Pump Surges. b. Too Much Flow. c. Low Pressure Switch Setting. F. Locating Blockage. Manually Test to Determine Type of Malfunction. Only Disassemble if Malfunction is Indicated.
A. Make Sketch for Guide to Proper Reassemble B. Clean External Surfaces. C. Remove Tie Rod Nuts (Test Torque). D. Examine Each Section and Gaskets or O-Rings a. Look for Damaged Gaskets or O-Rings b. Blocked Passages c. Damaged Gasket Surfaces
