Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics will act as an ethical guide for setting ethical standards and defining professional practice in counselling and psychology. It specifies the ethical responsibilities and forms the basis for processing of enquiries and ethical complaints against members of KCA. Gachutha Prof
KCA Policy
Will be the standard manual of protocols, procedures, regulations and principles that will guide best practices of the Association. It will be revised after every three years so to incorporate emerging issues for KCA and to ensure best practices on an ongoing basis.

Decentralization of KCA
KCA decentralized structure is governed through regions & chapters. The Chapter is the smallest constituency of KCA These regions include: Coast, Western (Nyanza and Western), Central, Nairobi, Rift Valley & Eastern and North Eastern We have the National Coordinators & Regional committees who provide governance to Regions.

KRA Exception Certificate for VAT Payment KCA is exempted from VAT payment with a letter dated 22nd March, 2011. Services offered by KCA to its members are exempt from VAT under paragraph 16 (b) of the 3rd schedule of the VAT Act. However, KCA is not exempt from paying VAT for purchase of goods and services for use n the organization.

Funds Mobilization
We have conducted two key fund raising events & you have given generously We fundraised in Pan Afric Hotel & invited PLO Lumumba, Bishop Njoroge, Episcopal Charismatic Church & Arch Bishop Mwana Nzeki at 2009 towards curricula development Last year 2011, we had a major Harambee & we raised Ksh 609, 250 for stalled projects Rosina Mruttu is the Board member in charge of funds mobilization & she has done great work

AGM 2012
Elections are today & we will choose the national Chair, two board members & two SEAC members We are glad the campaigns were in high gear & the candidates demonstrated dignity & integrity in their campaigns The Board was monitoring the whole process to ensure issues are dealt with on a continuous basis As we get to the elections, the winners & losers are members of KCA & all are needed in growing KCA
