Frank has completed two creative writing
courses with the Open College of Arts,
become involved with a local writing group
and attended script-writing courses at a local
theatre.
He has had several pieces published. A short
story in Carillon Magazine, a piece about the
Huddersfield Canal in Yorkshire History
Quarterly and an article about local rail
transport in The Huddersfield Examiner.
He also won a poetry competition organised
by Huddersfield College. He has had two
short scripts performed at Lawrence Batley
Theatre in Huddersfield, and helped adapt
the Victorian novel ‘Ben O‘ Bill’s’ by
D. F. E. Sykes into a five-part serial for ‘Two
Valley’s Radio’. He also writes theatre reviews
for a website called Remote Goat.view less
