She is someone many of you can identify with, who is in the same situation as she found and still fines herself in. The Lord assured her that all the gold and silver belongs to him, the cattle on a thousand hills are his, and he is a God that can be trusted. He promised he would supply all her needs, as she went through and still going through dark difficult days. The books she has written she had to experience some of what others were feeling and going through, because if she did not, how could she write about some of those things. After the loss of her job, she looked for jobs, she signed up with many agencies, going through the internet looking for anything to do including working at home. What she discovered were people on the internet trying to separate honest people from their money.
The Lord had other plans and purpose for her life. She was in training, he was pre paring her for the assignment he had for her to do. The Lord told her she is an instrument that he was using to reach others, to build up his kingdom because he loves them and wants to save them. She relies on the Lord for his blessings on the books, that those who read them will surrender their lives to the Lord. Many things are coming up on the earth as never before, and God wants people to wake up before it is too late. The Lord is calling people out of darkness into his world.
Verna is the type of person that once she gets into a comfort zone, there she stayes, so the Lord had to move her from her comfort zone by allowing things to happen in her life to propel her forward for the work he wants her to do. She wondered why he took her through the wilderness when there was a shorter way to go.
Yes, she was going through a very dark tunnel and wondered if there was light at the end. Verna’s faith was tested and is still being tested, she is still in the fire, a place she does not want to be in, and she had to build a relationship with the Lord. She prayed as she never prayed before, in addition, there was other trials and hardships, but made up her mind she was going with Jesus all the way. Through it all, the Lord has been faithful, is still being faithful, he has kept his promises, he has not abandoned her, and left her to wonder if he hears and answers prayers. To God are all the glory, honor and praise.view less
