Born to a family of entrepreneurs, Pedro was always destined for a life in business. At a young age, he started his first company, which specialized in importing and exporting products. This early experience gave him the skill set necessary to become a successful businessman. Today, Pedro is the founder of several companies, including a firm specializing in investing in alternative assets. As an arbitrageur, he's an expert in finding undervalued opportunities in the market. In addition to his work, he is also passionate about learning and is always looking to push the envelope of what's possible. Pedro is an avid reader and is deeply interested in innovative technology and philosophy. He actively explores new ways to utilize technology for the causes he cares about, children's education and wildlife conservation. Pedro has written books about artificial intelligence and philosophy and co-authored the children's book series, As Aventuras do Gastão. These multivolume books feature, Gastão, a young Portuguese boy who travels the globe with his family. Pedro hopes these stories will encourage children to find their own adventure one day.view less
